Heath entertained mid-table Penrith looking to secure a win to keep their unbeaten run intact and in a very one sided affair they emerged with a record league win, scoring seventeen tries.

Changes to the squad saw Pete Hampshire have a start in the second row replacing the injured Seif Boussaada while on the bench Jack Bruce and Josh Beck had a run out alongside Olly Cook. Conditions were ideal for a fast open match and a large crowd had gathered hoping to witness a good game and they were not to be disappointed - if you were a Heath fan!! 

 Heath kicked off playing towards the Stainland Road end and from a line out Alex Patrick secured ball, Tom Clough was on hand to pass to Dan Cole who went in for the opening try, converted by Chris Johnson, 7-0 with two minutes on the clock. Penrith were shocked by the onslaught and when Heath broke again Jake Haynes scored a second try in the corner, converted by Johnson, 14-0 with only five minutes played. Heath were rampant, continuing to batter the visitors' frail defence and, when Jake Haynes broke once again, Dan Cole was in support to cross the whitewash for a third converted try, 21-0 with eight minutes played.

The home crowd were stunned by the start from Heath who continued to batter the visitors defence as a super 50-20 kick from Johnson found touch. Heath collected line out ball and  Jack Pilcher drove for the line before releasing Pete Hampshire who smashed over for the bonus point try, converted by Johnson, 28-0 with TEN minutes on the clock.

There was no stopping Heath who were relentless in attack and when Tom Clough won line out ball Alex McFadden smashed over the line for a fifth converted try, 35-0 with fifteen minutes played. The home supporters could not believe what they were seeing as Heath continued to expose a fragile Penrith defence and another super 50-20 kick, this time from Ezra Hinchliffe, saw Alex Patrick secure line out ball and Harvey Keighley-Payne was on hand to cross the try-line, 40-0.

From the re-start Penrith tried to get hold of the ball but an interception from Chris Johnson on the half-way line saw the maestro run half the length of the field to touch-down for a converted try, 47-0, after twenty-five minutes.

Heath's superiority showed as coach Harry brought on his three subs, with Chris Moore, Alex Patrick and Jake Haynes coming off. Once again credit to Penrith who kept battling and looking to get onto the scoreboard, but Heath were solid in defence and when Ezra Hinchliffe kicked a superb cross-field ball, Joe Morrison was on hand to collect and cross over for another converted try, 54-0 on the half hour mark.

Two minutes later, superb off-loads by Jack Pilcher and Ezra Hinchliffe allowed Ben Stringer to score under the posts for another converted try, 61-0 and from the re-start a static Penrith defence enabled Joe Morrison to collect the ball on the halfway line to sprint fifty metres to the corner, 66-0 with five minutes to half time.

Once again credit to Penrith who kept working to get a score but after some solid defending from Heath another break saw Max Rowntree in the right  place to score another converted try and Heath led 73-0 as the half time whistle sounded. 

The home crowd could not believe what they were seeing and, as Heath entered the field for the second half, looking to add to their tally, they did not have to wait long as Pete Hampshire crossed the try-line for a converted try, 80-0 with forty-two minutes on the clock. Alex Patrick came back on for Tom Clough.  Penrith's case was not helped when they had a player carded and with Heath taking the advantage again they scored two converted tries in as many minutes from Joe Morrison and Ezra Hinchliffe, 94-0 with thirty minutes left to play.

With Heath swopping players there was a period of play with no scoring but with Penrith pressing Dan Cole intercepted the ball, before releasing Joe Morrison who ran the full length of the field to cross the whitewash for a try, converted by Ezra Hinchliffe, 101-0 with eight minutes left to play. Heath continued to press the visitors' defence and Olly Cook and Chris Moore were on hand to score tries, again converted by Hinchliffe and Johnson, 115-0.

Finally, with injury time being played, Penrith got on the scoreboard with an unconverted try as the referee blew for full time with a final amazing scoreline of 115-5.

Penrith should be credited for never giving up what was a lost cause after the first fifteen minutes. Heath were rampant in every department and the scoreline was the highest ever recorded in league matches for the Club. Seventeen tries from twelve players. What a game, what a scoreline and next week bottom club Cleckheaton are the visitors to North Dean; anything could happen. As always see you there!!!!!!!!!!!!
